Please note that only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered. Upgrades and trial extensions are non-refundable.

Before contacting Jumsoft you will need:
• The reference number for your purchase, found on the e-mailed receipt;
• The license and serial numbers purchased;
• Your mailing address;
• A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.

Your request will typically be processed within 28 days of receipt of this claim.
